Last week in Barcelona Peter Sondergaard, Vice-President and Global Research Director for Gartner,  indicated that “In 2012, we estimate that IT spending will decline 3.6 percent in EMEA and 5.9 percent in Western Europe. However, the EMEA region will return to growth in 2013 and continue to grow through 2016 when spending will reach $ 1, 247 trillion.”

In order to take advantage of this forecasted growth on a national and international basis, many IT companies will have find answers to three technology marketing questions:

  1. Is your brand credible enough to compete with larger and better known rivals?
  2. Is your company well positioned to take early advantage of growth opportunities?
  3. Do you have marketing programs in place to generate leads and measure results?
